This Privacy Policy aims to describe the methods for managing the website www.tsmsensors.com, with reference to the processing of personal data of users/visitors consulting it. The policy is issued only for the above-mentioned website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through special links.

In addition to the Controller company as identified above, any partner websites that from time to time participate in the data processing activities may hold the role of autonomous Controllers.

Purpose of the processing

1) Navigation data

During normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures for the operation of this Website acquire some personal data which is implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not gathered in order to be associated to the identified Data Subjects, but which by its very nature could, if processed and associated to data held by third parties, lead to the identification of the users. a) collection and storage and processing for the purposes of the establishment and operational and administrative management of the contractual relationship established and the provision of the service offered on the website;

If necessary, the data connected to the newsletter service may be processed by the staff of the company that manages the Data Center (data processor in accordance with Article 28 of Reg. EU 2016/679), at the company’s registered office.

Time and place of data storage

The data are processed for the time necessary to carry out the service requested by the User and then destroyed by secure means of destruction, such as document destroyers for paper, and wiping for data on computer support.

Optional or obligatory provision of data

Apart from what has been specified for navigation data that acquire data automatically, users/visitors are free to provide their personal data or not to provide them. Failure to provide such information may only lead to the impossibility to meet any requests. 3. the updating of the data, their rectification or, where interested therein, their integration;
4. certification that the operations referred to in points 2) and 3) above have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data has been communicated, unless this proves impossible or involves the use of disproportionate means;
5. the rectification or erasure of data concerning you or the restriction of processing;
6. has the right to withdraw consent for optional processing not related to the performance of the contract signed with the Controller;
7. Automated decision-making processes
No automated decision-making processes are carried out on the aggregated data collected, except for the purpose of better management of the website.
