TSM Achieves Great Place to Work® Italy Certification

TSM Sensors has obtained its first Great Place to Work® Italia Certification, qualifying as one of the best places to work in Italy.

TSM has always aimed at creating a serene, respectful, innovative, cohesive, meritocratic, fair and above all interested in the growth of its resources.

The Great Place to Work® Italia certification was awarded to TSM following an analysis of the company climate, carried out through an internal survey.

The analysis conducted enabled TSM to recognise an organisational culture based on trust, which places the well-being, care and wellbeing of all employees at the centre.

The commitment to building an outstanding corporate culture sees its crowning achievement in TSM’s recognition as a Great Place to Work® Italia, representing an important milestone and a source of great pride for the company.
